ZYGO interferometer

CLZ in oder to improve the lenses test ability, we have setup Verifire Interferometer - 4" in early of 2018 and completed the acceptance.

Our ZYGO interferometer + Radius Slide offering fast measurements of form error, irregularity and spherical surfaces to an accuracy of 1/20 wave with 4”/100mm aperture. The ZYGO includes  Mx software, QPSI vibration robust acquisition offers a wide range of operational features and data analysis tools for unmatched measuring capability and reporting.
